Highlights, Notes & Bookmarks

Mark up Scripture with highlights, personal notes, and bookmarks.

Highlights

Select a verse and choose a highlight color from the toolbar. Highlights are saved locally and visible whenever you return to that chapter. Choose from multiple colors to organize by theme (e.g., promises, commands, prayers).

Notes

Add personal study notes to any verse. Notes support rich text and are accessible from the Study History page. You can also create standalone notes from the Notes page.

Bookmarks

Bookmark a verse, visualization, or Church Father profile for quick access later. All bookmarks appear in your Study History and are searchable via the command palette.

Where to find your annotations

  • Study History: Browse all highlights, notes, and bookmarks in one place.
  • Command palette: Search your notes and bookmarks by content.
  • Bible reader: Highlights and notes appear inline as you read.
