By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Service Scope and Acceptance

Rhema provides Bible study tools, educational content, and related account and subscription features through web and related clients connected to the same account system.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present security risk.

4. Paid Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). Payment card details are processed securely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Subscription plans automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.

  • Prices and plan terms shown at checkout are part of these Terms.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings.
  • Changes to pricing or plan structure may apply on a future billing cycle with advance notice where required.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

5. Refund Policy

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Violating any law or third-party rights.
  • Interfering with service operation, security, or integrity.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to systems or other users' data.
  • Automated scraping or bulk extraction not expressly permitted by us.
  • Uploading malicious code, spam, or abusive content.
  • Using the Services to harass, threaten, or exploit others.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, design, trademarks, and compiled content presentation, are owned by Rhema Bible or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.

8. Your Content and License to Operate the Service

You retain ownership of content you create or upload (such as notes, highlights, and journal entries). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content.

9. Educational Content Disclaimer

Content provided through the Services is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not legal advice, medical advice, mental health advice, or other professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and use of the content.

10. Suspension, Termination, and Deletion

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, security risk, legal compliance, or abuse.

If you request account deletion, we will remove your account and associated profile data from active systems, subject to legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and backup retention requirements described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rhema disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free availability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rhema Bible and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver

Please contact us first at hello@rhemabible.co so we can try to resolve disputes informally.

Except for claims that qualify for small claims court or requests for injunctive relief related to intellectual property, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis. You and Rhema waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action.

Arbitration will be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and applicable arbitration rules, and the arbitrator may award the same relief as a court on an individual basis.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute not subject to arbitration are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice by posting an updated version, updating the "Last Updated" date, and/or notifying you through the Services or your account email. Your continued use after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept them.
